I'm 58 and started taking GHR15 going on three months. I stopped taken them because of the bad side effects. I have been taking GHR15, there has been some bad side effects. ,1 restful sleep, I find I can not sleep through the night any more. 2, ED problems. I did not have a problem in this area before I started using this product, but now I do. 3, Depression, because of the first 2 reasons and others, I've been depressed and moody. These are acceptable side effects for the little gains I made in my diet and exercising.
