Awesome Diet Shake July 10, 2006

I decided to go on the no carbs diet plan, and I decided that since I wanted to bulk up in muscle. I got Protein Delite in the alpine milk chocolate, and it is the best thing that has happened to me. After only 4 days of excerising, I saw my muscles get bigger and stronger. If you want to bulk up, and lose weight, this is the best thing to buy!
